HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Eligible purchases* made between November 15, 2021 and December 31, 2021, may be returned or exchanged** up until January 31, 2022.

*Purchases made as part of our Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sale promotions are not eligible for our Holiday Returns Policy.

**Purchases with 20% or more discount are available for exchange or store credit. - no refunds or exchanges.

SCENT WITH LOVE RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Fragrance Discovery Gift, we will be happy to accept a return within 30 days of delivery. To receive a refund, you can return opened or unopened gifts but you must return the ScentPass and your ScentPass ID and Code must be unused. You must send your return via Canada Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. We apologize however we do not provide shipping labels, and return shipping fees are not refunded.

To return an order to Scent With Love, please send the product(s) in question by Canada Post, with signature, to the following address:

Finally, to receive your refund please include a printed copy of your order confirmation.
