MY FRAGRANCE GIFT ORDER

Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free on all orders.

When will my order ship?

Orders shipping within Canada will ship via Canada Post. We will ship all orders 1 business day after your order is made.

What is the transit time?
Estimated shipping times are:

3-10 business days for urban areas
6-15 business days for remote locations.
Please note, estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Your package may take longer than usual to arrive due to heavy incoming parcel volumes and the important safety measures implemented by our delivery partners.

I haven’t received my order but it’s marked as delivered.
Occasionally, an order will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If this happened to you don’t worry! Often times it will be delivered within 5 business days. Please contact your local post office for details about your delivery.

I’ve waited 15 business days and have not received my order.

In the case that your order has not arrived after 15 business days please contact Customer Care for assistance.

My order has not moved and is in the same location.
Orders can occasionally remain without an update on tracking for up to 5 business days. This is part of the normal shipping process. Please contact the carrier if there is no movement with the order for longer than that.

My order was returned to sender.
If your order was returned to sender, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible for assistance.

Can I make changes to an order that I have been billed for?
Once we have billed you for your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and we are unable to make any changes. This includes changing your shipping address, items in your order, or the payment method used.

Do you take returns?
To receive a refund, you must return all contents of the box to Scent With Love, and the ScentPass ID and Code must not be used. Once both are confirmed, a refund will be issued. To request a refund, please email us at info@scentwithlove.co.
